EVENTS / FIELD NOTES
Building an event photography shot list
Start with the essential moments
List the people, speakers, details, and moments that must be photographed. Mark anything that happens only once, such as a presentation or group portrait.
Make the schedule useful
Share the run of show, venue address, and a point of contact. Allow time for arrivals, room details before guests enter, and any portraits you want away from the crowd.
Prioritize, then leave room
A concise list gives the photographer direction while leaving room for spontaneous interactions. Tell us which photographs will be used immediately and how many finished images you expect.
Tell us about your shoot
Share a few details and we’ll get back to you about availability and a quote.
